Additional terms when HalalMap services are offered or performed in **Alberta**.

These Terms govern your use of HalalMap—the consumer marketplace product operated by IslamPages Inc.—including browsing businesses, placing orders, creating an account, and related features. HalalMap connects customers with independent merchants and, where available, independent delivery partners. IslamPages Inc. is not the seller of merchant-listed goods unless expressly stated.

These Delivery Terms explain how HalalMap delivery works when delivery is offered for your order. They cover delivery areas, estimated times, address accuracy, building access, instructions, failed delivery, customer availability, and proof of delivery. They supplement the Client Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how IslamPages Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use HalalMap. It covers common data categories, third-party processors (including Stripe and Mapbox), retention, security, and how to request account deletion or privacy help.

This Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for marketplace orders placed through HalalMap, the consumer product operated by IslamPages Inc. It covers customer and merchant cancellations, item problems, grocery weight adjustments, delivery issues, promotions, tips, and how to contact support. Donations follow separate Donation Terms when those terms apply.
